How do I shop at Soundz.co.za?
Shopping is a simple 5 step process: a. Browse our extensive catalogue of products and add items to your shopping cart. b. Login (or register if you are a new customer). c. Choose your Delivery Address (or enter new Address). d. Choose Shipping and payment method. e. Confirm Details and place order. Once you see the Confirmation page, the order has been successfully processed.

What kind of guarantee do you offer on your products?
All products purchased from Soundz.co.za carry a 1 year manufaturers guarantee unless otherwise stated on the product page or manufacturers website. In most cases the guarantee is limited to latent manufacturing defects and does not cover items subject to wear and tear such as channel faders, crossfaders, knobs, styli, belts, etc. Due to the nature of the product speakers carry no gaurantee. How do you deliver your products?
All products purchased from Soundz.co.za include FREE delivery to you. We make use of a reliable courier service to deliver your goods. Goods are insured while in transit so there is no risk to you. Sometimes goods are shipped directly from our suppliers, therfore if you have ordered more than one item it is not unussual for goods to arrive seperatly. For more info on delivery please Click here
How long can I expect it to take for my goods to arrive?
We endevour to deliver all goods within 1 - 5 working days. However due to unforseen curcumstance such as stock shortages deliveries may be delayed beyond the ussualy delivery period. In such cases you will be contacted to make alternative arrangements. Click here
How do I return faulty goods for repair?

Can I return goods I no longer want?
Due to the nature of the products we sell, goods correctly supplied as per order can only be accepted for return if they are returned unopened in the original sealed container within 21 days of purchase. Once goods have been opened they can not be returned. For more info on returns please Click here
