To return an item please fill out this form completely.

Please note:

Due to the nature of the products we sell, goods correctly supplied as per order can only be accepted for return if they are returned unopened in the original sealed container within 21 days of purchase. Once goods have been opened they can not be returned.

Goods correctly supplied will only be accepted for return if they are faulty and in such cases will be subject to the terms an conditions of the manufacturers guarantee. Faulty goods must first be inspected by the respective agent and will either be repaired or exchanged at the agents discretion. Goods will only be repaired under the guarantee if they are deemed to be faulty due to latent manufacturing defects. If goods are found to be faulty due to abuse they will not be repared under the guarantee and any repair costs must be paid before the goods can be returned.
