I spent some time searching the internet for the best prices on gear and the music store in Cape Town that I found was just too expensive. However the soundz site was easy to navigate and I was surprized to find out that delivery was free. Once the payment had gone through, I recieved the tripods the next day. Overall I'm impressed with the service that i recieved, I'm happy with the goods I ordered and they are a reliable and friendly organization.

Service in South Africa is rare, but I my dealings with Soundz.co.za have left me staggered. Normally I don't write comments, but the amazing service I received leaves me no option but to salute soundz.co.za. I do a lot of online shopping for my Studio, home electronics and home entertainment. Goods normally take a week or two to deliver, but 24hrs?!!! WOW!
Even when one of my Items was to be delayed, I was personally called, updated and kept in the picture.
Keeping in contact and delivering world-class service is the business that I am in, so when I hold another company to these standards and am impressed, I really do mean business!
